Terms of Service

By downloading or using Duplico Trade ("the App"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The software

Duplico Trade is a Mac application that copies trade fills from a leader account to follower accounts on supported brokers (Tradovate, Rithmic). It runs locally on your Mac. We do not operate servers that route or process your trades.

2. License

When you purchase a license, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App on Macs you own or control. The license tier you purchased determines how many connections and accounts you may configure.

• You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App or your license key.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• One license is for one person. Do not share license keys.

3. Free trial

The App includes a 7-day free trial, feature-complete. No payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial period, a valid license is required to continue using the App.

4. Trading risk disclaimer

Duplico Trade is a tool, not a trading strategy. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. The App copies fills mechanically — it does not evaluate whether copying a trade is appropriate for your situation, account size, or risk tolerance.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed fills, execution delays, or other financial harm arising from use of the App.

5. Broker compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the terms of service of your broker and any prop firm whose accounts you manage. Many prop firms permit copying your own trades across your own accounts — verify with your firm before use.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, accuracy of trade replication, compatibility with broker API changes, or fitness for a particular purpose. Broker APIs can change without notice; we will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Updates and future versions

Your license entitles you to all updates within the version you purchased (e.g. v1.x). Major version upgrades (e.g. v1 → v2) are offered to existing customers at a 50% discount but are not included in your original purchase.

9. Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time. No refunds are issued upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address associated with your purchase. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
