Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial, no payment required. Because of this, we generally do not issue refunds after purchase — but we are reasonable. If something is wrong, email us.
Free trial first
Every license includes a 7-day free trial that is fully feature-complete. We encourage you to use it thoroughly before purchasing. The trial is our way of ensuring you can evaluate Duplico Trade with zero financial risk.
General policy
Because Duplico Trade is a digital software product delivered immediately upon purchase, and because a full free trial is available before purchase, all sales are generally final.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incompatibility with a broker or workflow that could have been evaluated during the trial.
- Partial use of a license period.
When we will refund
We will issue a full refund if:
- You are charged in error (duplicate purchase, billing mistake).
- The App has a critical defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- You request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and have not activated your license key.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Version upgrades
Your license covers all updates within the major version you purchased (e.g. v1.0 → v1.x). When a new major version is released, existing customers receive a 50% upgrade discount. Upgrade purchases follow the same refund policy as initial purchases.
How to request a refund
Email support@duplicotrade.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
