Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you sign up to be notified of our launch or contact us by email, we collect your email address. That is the only personal data we hold.

When you purchase a license through Paddle, Paddle processes your payment. We receive a license record (email address and license tier) from Paddle. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

2. What the App does with your data

Duplico Trade runs entirely on your Mac. Your broker credentials (username, password, API tokens) are stored in your Mac's Keychain — the system credential store managed by macOS. They are not transmitted to us at any point.

• Your trading data stays between your Mac and your broker.
• We have no servers that process, store, or route your trades.
• License validation communicates with Paddle's servers only — no data goes to us directly.

3. Analytics and tracking

The App contains no analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry of any kind. We do not track how you use the App.

Our website may use basic access logs (IP address, browser, page visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

4. How we use your email

If you joined our launch notification list, we will send you one email when the App is available. We will not market to you repeatedly or share your address with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

If you are a customer, we may email you about important updates to the App or these policies. We will not sell your email address.

5. Third parties

• Paddle — processes payments and manages license keys. Their privacy policy applies to data you provide during checkout.
• Buttondown — manages our launch notification list. Your email is stored on Buttondown's servers.
• Your broker (Tradovate, Rithmic) — your credentials and trading data are governed by your broker's privacy policy.

6. Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our notification list or are an active customer. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Duplico Trade is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify customers by email. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
